“The LEAD program positively changed me in ways I could never have planned for or imagined. It provided tools and opportunities for me to realize the leader I am and the career I aim to achieve. But, most importantly, it nurtured my self-confidence and made me aware of my own power to transform the arts through my leadership, experience and perspective.”
